Designed a workforce analytics platform that automated insights across the full HR lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. The platform surfaced retention trends, performance data, and eliminated manual reporting overhead.
Built and delivered this platform in my role as Chief Operating Officer at Canadian Fertility Consulting Ltd. I identified the operational pain, defined the product requirements, managed the data integration workstream, and oversaw end to end delivery alongside running the broader organization.
